    Drivers can be messy to deal with and this controller software tends to mess with other devices plugged into the computer so uninstalling the software after setting the controller could be tried. Try these solutions from the posts and if you're still unable to get it working then reinstalling Windows 10 or 11 would be your best bet since it's an issue beyond just the controller drivers. Doesn't sound like it would work, but it's there to try. Some have fixed it by following an official video step by step on another PC then it started working on their main PC. It could be a bad driver that's being pushed out by Microsoft so pausing 'Windows Updates' and turning off 'install other device drivers' could be what's needed after fixing it with one of these solutions.     Make sure Windows Update and Update Orchestrator services are turned on in Task Manager along with 'install other device drivers' in advanced settings in Settings.
